All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. 4) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc. Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained
