1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TenderBroadcast ("Platform"), operated by TenderBroadcast (registered in India), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
2. Description of Service
TenderBroadcast is an online tender aggregation and information platform that collects publicly available government tender notices from Central and State Government portals, PSUs, GEM, and international procurement sources. We provide:
- Searchable tender database with advanced filtering.
- Tender alert notifications via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Access to tender documents (NITs, BOQs, corrigendums).
- Saved searches and dashboard tools for tracking opportunities.
TenderBroadcast does not participate in bidding, does not represent any government authority, and is not affiliated with CPPP, GEM, or any state e-procurement portal.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Plans
TenderBroadcast offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide enhanced features including unlimited searches, document downloads, advanced filters, and priority alerts. Plan details and pricing are listed on the Pricing page.
4.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through Razorpay and governed by their terms. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused periods, except where required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download tender data using automated tools.
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our database or any substantial part of it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law.
- Upload malware, spam, or any content that could harm the Platform or other users.
- Impersonate any person or government authority.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on TenderBroadcast — including our proprietary software, design, trademarks, and the compilation of tender data — is owned by or licensed to TenderBroadcast and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
Tender notices themselves are public government documents. We claim no ownership over the underlying government data, but our search interface, ranking, categorisation, and enrichment are proprietary.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tender information on our Platform is sourced from public government portals and provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tender data. Always verify tender details directly on the official government portal before submitting a bid.
TenderBroadcast is not responsible for any loss or missed opportunity arising from inaccurate, delayed, or missing tender information on our Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TenderBroadcast's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
